The Todd County Public Library and Friends of the Library will be set up at the Elkton Fall Festival. The booth will be located near Subway Saturday Oct. 5, 2019 from 9a.m.-3p.m. Come by to see the library ladies and buy a chance at three spectacular baskets or a lovely Hearth&Home rug. Drawing for the raffle will be at the end of the Fall Festival. In case of rain, the drawing will be moved to Friday Oct. 18, 2019. Raffle tickets are on sale now at the library.
